One thing I've always been able to count on from life: as soon as I get comfortable, things get uncomfortable. I thought that while I was starting my life over again--new job, single again, foster kids back with their mom, new apartment--that I'd start a new weblog for The Starriders Saga.
For those in the know, my author's bio is now inaccurate, as Sherrie and I divorced this summer. :( So, I'm trying to pick up the pieces of myself and my life, which has made me very reflective about certain kinds of things, mainly God, family and Country. And how I fit into all of them as a person, as a writer, and all of the challenges that come with that reflection.
Also, life's been such a drama the last year or so, it's tough to write these days. But I keep trying to get more done. My hope is to get serious work done on Starriders 2 and 3 over the next 12 months, so that they can be available to you. As more gets done, watch here for updates and possible sample chapters.
